How many LED modules do I need per square metre?

It depends on sign depth and module wattage. Reference: 25-30 modules/m² for frontlit light boxes (8-12 cm) with 160° optics, 35-45 modules/m² for channel letters (5-8 cm) and 15-20 modules/m² for large-format signs (15+ cm). Use our LED module calculator for exact figures.

Should I choose 12V or 24V?

12V suits small to medium installations (up to 5-6 metre runs) thanks to affordable drivers. 24V is recommended for larger installations because it halves voltage drop and allows much longer runs with the same cable cross-section.

Are LED modules suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, all our LED modules feature IP65 or IP67 protection, making them fully waterproof, dustproof and UV-resistant. Certified for outdoor signage, illuminated light boxes and weather-exposed applications with a 3-year warranty.

What is the minimum order to buy LED modules wholesale?

We sell in sealed boxes (typically 100, 120 or 200 modules depending on model). Orders above €50,000 receive an additional 5% discount. Ask for special distributor and ODM conditions.

What power supply do I need for my LED modules?

Multiply the module wattage by total quantity and add 20% headroom. Example: 100 modules at 0.72W = 72W + 20% = 87W → 100W driver. We stock Meanwell drivers and our own 12V/24V power supplies with CE and TÜV certification and IP67 rating for outdoor use.
