V1-K rotary LED dimmer with digital display: 1 channel, 20 A, 12-48 V DC
The V1-K is a constant voltage LED dimmer with a rotary knob and a 3-digit numeric display showing the brightness level in percent. It dims single colour LED strips and modules powered at 12-48 V DC smoothly from 0 to 100 % without flicker, with up to 20 A on one channel. It is installed on the secondary side, between the power supply and the strip.
Local and remote control
Operate it directly with the knob or, optionally, with Skydance 2.4 GHz RF single-zone or multi-zone remotes (15 m range in open space). Pairing is done with the Match key or by power restart.
Configurable PWM frequency and curve
DIP switches select the PWM frequency: 500 Hz (20 A at 12-24 V / 15 A at 36-48 V), 2 kHz (15 A / 12 A), 8 kHz (10 A / 8 A) or 16 kHz (10 A / 8 A). Higher frequencies remove on-camera flicker, ideal for studios, retail and hospitality. The dimming curve can be linear (gamma 1.0) or logarithmic (gamma 1.6), and the on/off fade time can be set to 0.5 s or 3 s.

Installation
See the gallery for the mechanical structure with dimensions and the wiring diagram: the 12-48 V DC power supply connects to the IN terminals (V+ / V−) and the LED strip to the OUT terminals. For good RF reception keep at least 20 cm from switching power supplies and metal objects, and mount it more than 1 m above the floor.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No light | No power or wrong/loose connection | Check the power and the wiring |
| Uneven brightness from start to end (voltage drop) | Output cable too long or too thin; load above power supply or dimmer capacity | Shorten the cable or loop the supply, use thicker wire, a higher power supply or add a power repeater |
Installation precautions
- Do not stack units: keep at least 20 cm between them for heat dissipation.
- Keep 20 cm or more from switching power supplies to avoid interference.
- Install at least 1 m above the floor to keep full remote range.
- Do not cover it or place it near metal objects (min. 20 cm).
- Avoid wall or beam corners (min. 20 cm).
