Manufacturing process step by step
- Technical briefing — we capture electrical (V, W/m, current), optical (CRI, K, lm/m), mechanical (dimensions, IP) and regulatory (CE, RoHS) requirements.
- Engineering & prototype — PCB design, LED chip selection (Nichia, Osram, Lumileds, Bridgelux or equivalent), thermal simulation and working prototype in 2-3 weeks.
- Photometric validation — LM-80 measurement in our own lab, IES report and chromatic binning before approving the run.
- Series production — automated SMT pick-and-place, controlled reflow, IP encapsulation and optional conformal coating.
- 100 % QC — unit-by-unit electrical test, accelerated aging and batch traceability.
- Logistics — buffer stock in Valencia for 24-48 h EU restocking.

What is the minimum MOQ for custom manufacturing?
We accept prototypes from 100 pcs. Standard runs start at 500-1,000 pcs and scale up to 100,000 pcs per SKU.
What lead times do you offer?
Working prototype in 2-3 weeks and series production in 4-6 weeks from pre-run approval. Restocking from Valencia buffer within 24-48 h across the EU.
Which LED chip brands do you work with?
Nichia, Osram, Lumileds, Bridgelux, Epistar and Seoul Semiconductor are our most common. Any customer-specified chip can be homologated with an LM-80 report.
Do you issue LM-80 and CE certificates?
Yes. Every run ships with IES photometric report, LM-80 measurement and CE/RoHS/REACH declaration. Full LM-79 available on request.
Can you manufacture aluminium-base (MCPCB) boards?
Yes. We work with standard FR-4 and aluminium MCPCB with 1 oz to 3 oz copper thickness for demanding thermal management.
What warranty do you offer on manufactured product?
3-year standard warranty on custom-manufactured product, extendable to 5 years under a framework supply agreement.
